Alternative 3/3 cabinets. Is it possible? Pros and Contras Preferably 3-Rack unit rather than 2-rack unit because of the lower costs (pro rack!). Costs difference must be checked Preferable to locate the water distribution upstream of klystron. Is it possible? Preferable to locate the LLRF between 1&2 and 3&4 module to guaranty the same cables length Are there any power constrains: 700W connection power and 8kW maximum power dissipation There are still some doubts that all "motors" are considered or on the contrary twice included Can the stepper motor drivers been combined in one rack (which)? Cable routing of motor driver is unclear To be clarified if racks can be located near the Schiebemove Before you start editing the slides of your talk change to the Master Slide view: Menu button “View”, Master, Slide Master: Edit the following 2 items in the 1st slide: 1) 1st row in the violet header: Delete the existent text and write the title of your talk into this text field 2) The 2 rows in the footer area: Delete the text and write the information regarding your talk (same as on the Title Slide) into this text field. If you want to use more partner logos position them left beside the DESY logo in the footer area Close Master View

Issue replace all double cabinets in LINAC region with triple cabinets CONTRA Additional costs Cabinets: 67 double racks  67 x 1000€ Shielding: in budget ~2100 € pro rack,  140 000 € Additional space in the tunnel ~40 m Floor slabs PRO Additional free space in the cabinets – may be necessary later (in some places there is no spare space (or very small) for future upgrade) All LLRF cabinets are the same (48 in L2 and L3 like 2 in L1) …?

Issue replace special 4-cabinets in LINAC region (9 cryo-cabinets) with standard one PRO Special cryo-shielding not needed All PS for correctors are always at the same position (within the TGA room) All ACC Control crates are always at the same position All MBUs are always at the same position (2 MBUs pro RF Station) CONTRA Additional costs 9 x 1000 € cabinets +  ~ 28 000 € 9 x ? 2100 € shielding

New Rack Inventory Version (V6) Position of the cabinets in the tunnel is fixed to the start position of the ACC module group (see Basic Layout) as following: PS/Diagnostics + 3,636 LLRF I + 11,060 RF + 15,425 Water cooling unit + 18,237 LLRF II + 37,812 Vacuum + 44,688 here the initial position of the left outer wall of the shielding is given in meters along z axis in the tunnel LLRF cabinets: 1 set pro RF station consist of 2 cabinets mirrored with respect to the middle of the ACC Modules group (1-st is master, 2-nd is slave) 1 set of 3 racks containers for L1 24 sets of 2 racks containers for L2 and L3 New Rack Inventory Version (V6) Based on the TGA Rooms Layout (1 Room – 4 ACC Modules Group) New Cabinets Layout within the room More space for IT More space for ACC control Less space for Motor Drivers
