The events or characters experiences dont have to be grounded in anything….its a daydream on paper.

You dont have to include dialogue; if you do it can be pointless. You dont have to bother with a climax or high point in the action. You dont need a SO WHAT or a theme. You dont have to provide background and details.

It can be a string of events. You dont have to tell a characters thoughts or feelings. The lead doesnt have to grab the reader. You dont have to craft a resonating conclusion; it can just end.

The story doesnt have to make sense. You dont have to convince the reader that this is the real world. You can write it off the top of your head. When you dont finish it, no one will be surprised or blame you.

Youll need to stretch as a writer. Fiction is harder because its an act of invention vs. description, but you are up to the challenges!
