Initial & Mentor Review Format Mentors input stage grade for every area, even if unchanged. Comment added against every individual syllabus area that has changed. Old System New System Syllabus divided into it’s 13 constituent areas (i.e. A1 instead of A1A, A1B etc) ‘Stage this quarter’ pre-populated to be the same as last quarter. Only write one comment per area, and only if there has been a change.
