VISHWAPARIVARTAN This is one of the most innovative event in this year Perception. Events related to create awareness in youth regarding current scenario in rural part of India and support Initiative of government in making the Dream Indian Villages. Inspire youth to develop different solutions on the given scenario with the help of current technology by identifying various problems.

IDEA Smart villages will serve as complementary engines of economic growth to smart cities producing services for local rural markets as well as high value-added agricultural and rural industry products for both national and international markets. The government have various plans and committees working on achieving this goal. As an engineer’s country, India’s youth should contribute in smart village mission. Engineering is the only sector which is very much exposed to the current technology and its various application to utilize the potential of youth and their technical abilities to embrace the bright future of smart RURBAN Clusters.
