Lessons Learned Public education is key in program success Collection bins are far more high yielding and cost effective to manage Door to door collection is quite low yielding and is expensive for the TWD. Out door clothing bins help fund the door to door service Scavenging has become an issue with door to door pick-up. Resident prefer a variety of options so they can choose the cause that works with their lifestyle and values.
