Set up your audio Open the Collaborate panel (bottom right of your screen) 2. Go to the My Settings icon (cog) 3. Select Set up your camera and microphone

Tutorial On your first access, a tutorial will launch (there is an option to cancel this). From the Session menu (top left of your screen) you can use your phone for audio, find help, and leave the session.

Audio / Webcam Test If you wish to use a microphone or webcam, you can set these up from the My Settings icon (cog) Click on Set up your camera and microphone (choose the correct device from the drop down menu).

Explore the Online Environment Open Collaborate Panel Your online webinar will start shortly. Explore your online environment. Check your audio settings. Introduce yourself to other participants in the Chat. Explore the Control panel – can you upload a photo of yourself? Chat Participants Share My Settings My Settings, Share Audio, Shared Video, Raise Hand

During the Session… During this online session microphones will be switched off by the moderator. Please raise your hand if you have a question or if you are volunteering to contribute and would like to use your audio. Mobile Access If you have a question then select Raise hand When invited select Share audio

Audio Problems? Is the headset plugged in correctly? Is there a mute switch on the headset? Is the computer’s audio muted or turned down? Have you selected the correct audio input device? You may have more than one microphone or input device so double check. Log in and out of the session and try the audio set up again. Still need support? The co-facilitator will support you via online chat. Try another headset/microphone or device. Dial in with your phone. For those who cannot hear: show this slide and then use the chat to say that the co-facilitator will support by text chat
