Cache County Township Plats Title - Cache County Township Plats Description - The Cache County Township Plat book contains handwritten registration information for townships 8 - 15 in Cache County, Utah. For each township and range unit, ledger entries provide plat numbers, the names of the people to whom they are registered, and registration dates while an accompanying hand-drawn map shows the corresponding plat areas via plat numbers written in red ink. Features drawn onto the 26 plat maps include lakes, rivers, springs, roads, saw mills, town grids, and Cache county boundaries with adjacent Box Elder, Rich, and Weber counties. Each ledger page is pre-printed with the following heading: Entries in Township __ North, Range __ Salt Lake Base and Meridian. Pre-printed ledger columns are: Plat no., Entry no., Description, Section, Name, Date of Entry, Date of Patent, Patent Received At Land Office, Remarks. A few township units have ledger entries, but no accompanying plat map.
