Passive communication Does not offer any opposition when challenged or pressured. Could easily be bullied or persuaded by peer pressure. a style in which individuals have developed a pattern of avoiding expressing their opinions or feelings, protecting their rights, and identifying and meeting their needs. As a result, passive individuals do not respond overtly to hurtful or anger-inducing situations.

Example of Passive Communication

Aggressive Communication a method of expressing needs and desires that do not take in to account the welfare of others  A harmful communication style, aggressive communication can end up worsening social anxiety by making others view you more harshly. Uses hostility and can be seen as unfriendly when trying to communicate. Often seems over-bearing.

Aggressive Communication

Assertive communication ability to express positive and negative ideas and feelings in an open, honest and direct way. It recognizes our rights whilst still respecting the rights of others.   It allows us to take responsibility for ourselves and our actions without judging or blaming other people. BEST way to communicate because you are giving you opinion in a respectful, direct way.
