Quality Policy The Quality Policy of Michigan Production Machining Inc. is continuous improvement of customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding the customers’ requirements. This is done by fostering a spirit of superior innovation, teamwork, and aligning the needs of the customer with the priorities of empowered employees and the management team as partners. Quality Objectives Continuous Improvement as measured in improvement trends in PPM defects Customer Satisfaction as measured in the analysis of customer complaints and customer scorecards.
