Grade 1 or 2 Loperamide hydrochloride (LOPEMIN® capsules 1mg) 　2mg po　 Take it every two hours until diarrhea is relieved.　   If diarrhea is not improved within 48 hours, AFA is stopped Heparinoid ointment (Hirudoid® Soft Ointment 0.3%) 25g + hydrocortisone butyrate ointment (LOCOID® ointment 0.1%) 15g mixture, twice a day for face. Heparinoid ointment (Hirudoid® Soft Ointment 0.3%) 75g + betamethasone butyrate propionate ointment (ANTEBATE® ointment 0.05%) 25g　mixture, twice a day for trunk. Minocycline hydrochloride (MINOMYCIN® CAPSULES 100mg) s.i.d. Clobetasol propionate ointment (Dermovate® Ointment) 5g, twice a day for paronychia． PAG solution (in-house prescription)※ 10mL po q.i.d.　 ※PAG solution was a mixture of 5% sodium alginate (Alroid G oral solution) 200mL and polaprezinc (Promac® D tablets 75) 10 tablets. Grade ≧3 The AFA administration is stopped until a symptom is improved. Electrolyte infusion is administered. If a symptom is improved, reduce dose AFA is readministrated.
