Google Classroom Blended learning platform created to tie together Google Apps for Education into the school classroom environment School Assignments – created, distributed, and graded in a paperless environment Students use the Google Apps & Drive to complete assignments collaboratively Teachers are able to easily distribute, monitor/assist, and review assignments Students have an electronic portfolio that follows them throughout their time at Clearview Middle School

Damage/Technical Issue Form Given to student when the issue is reported Completed by student & parent Return to the school
Chromebook Loaners Broken Technical Issue Uncharged Forgotten, left at home Limited supply of loaners for 2 grade levels

Chromebook Distribution Session - What You Need to Bring Chromebook Policies Acknowledgement Form (Completed & Signed) Chromebook Damage Protection Options Form (Competed & Signed. If you choose the district protection plan, please bring $35 cash – exact change only or a check in the amount of $35 made out to the Clearview Regional School District) CMS Anti-Big Brother Notice Form (Completed & Signed) Chromebook Leave at School Request Form – OPTIONAL (Completed & Signed) – Only if you choose the Leave at School model All of these forms can be found on our website under Parents>Chromebook 1:1 Initiative page
Chromebook Distribution Sessions - What You Will Receive Your child’s assigned Chromebook An electronic charger – we recommend that you label it A protective carrying case – your child may personalize this case as it is theirs to keep However students will be unable to log into their Chromebook prior to the start of school
