Eggs in a Hole 4 slices bread 4 eggs salt and pepper tub butter Spread butter on both sides of bread. Using a biscuit cutter or cup, cut a hole in the center of each slice of bread. Crack one egg into each custard cup. Preheat the pan until it is warm. Place the slice of bread on the pan. Gently pour each egg into the circular hole of each slice of bread. Let it cook undisturbed until the egg begins to solidify. Flip the egg/bread assembly once. Cook the last side of the egg/bread until done. Repeat entire process for remaining Eggs in a Pocket. Serve them on a plate.

Chocolate Chip Chocolate Meringue Cookies 3 Egg Whites 2/3 cup white sugar 1/8 tsp. Cream of Tartar 1 T unsweetened cocoa powder ½ tsp. vanilla 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips 1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F 2. Combine egg whites, cream of tartar, and vanilla. 3. Beat until the whites form soft peaks. Slowly add sugar; beat until stiff peaks form, and mixture become glossy. 4. Fold in cocoa and chocolate chips. 5. Drop mixture onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

Dutch Baby 3 T butter 3 eggs ½ cup flour ½ tsp. Salt ½ cup milk 1. Preheat oven to 450 F. 2. In a glass pie pan, melt the butter in the oven. 3. In a blender beat eggs. 4. Add flour and salt, beat until smooth. Scrape down the sides frequently to insure mixing of all ingredients. 5. Add in milk. Beat until mixture is smooth. Pour batter into pie pan on top of the butter. Bake 15-20 minutes. DO NOT OPEN THE DOOR FOR THE FIRST 15 MINUTES OF BAKING TIME!! Pancake will be poofy with brown edges when done. Remove from oven onto a pot holder. Cut pancake into 4 servings with a knife, remove from skillet with a plastic pancake turner. Serve with syrup. Dutch baby Video

Omelet 4 eggs 2 T. butter 1/4 c. milk 1/2 cup shredded cheese 1/8 tsp. of pepper Mix eggs, milk, pepper with fork. Heat butter in skillet on medium. Pour egg mixture into melted butter. With plastic spatula lift edge of egg to allow liquid to flow under. When bottom of egg mixture is set, add cheese and fold egg in half. Slide out of pan when completely set.
