Think About This... If you always do, What you have always done; Then you will always get, What you have always gotten.

Does this sound like you? I am challenged when I have to talk with and engage employees in a discussion about how performance improvement. I dont always know how and when to assert myself as a leader. I am not always clear how to align my goals and the goals of my team with the City of Dallas strategic direction. It is challenging for me to adjust or flex my communication style to work effectively with others with different communication and personality styles.
