Registration Renewal Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that any and all domains and additional services are renewed prior to their expiration, should you so desire their renewal. customer may renew his domain at any time before the expiration date. If it is not renewed in time, customer's registration will be canceled. Payment must be made by such other method as we indicate in the renewal form. If customer's billing information is not accurate, customer are solely responsible for the failure to renew.

Autorenewal If customer paid for any services provided hereunder by credit card or other payment services such as PayPal, Arvixe will automatically renew for period of one or two years. If customer do not wish to participate in Arvixe's automatic renewal process, Arvixe must receive notification of customer's intent to not renew (opt-out) no later than sixteen (16) days prior to the renewal date. If the credit card or payment service account has expired or is otherwise invalid, customer are solely responsible for a failure to renew and Arvixe shall not be liable for failure.

If customer registers domain name that was registered with, and not yet deleted by Arvixe at the time of purchase, customer's original registration will be period of 1year from original expiration date for domain name.

Domain Dispute Policy The Dispute policy has been developed by ICANN. If domain dispute arises with any third party, Arvixe is not responsible. If customer do not agree to any of such changes, he may request that your domain registration be cancelled or transferred to a different domain registrar.
