What to do with B-3? Where to go to find data? Who to contact for assistance? Additional MEAP resources 6

What to do with B-11 UNC? Letters will be issued May 14, 2010 to 50 locals in the CIMS workbook Three tiers of technical assistance Tier 1 >90% Tier 2 73.9 to 89.9% Tier 3 <73.9% ISD Monitors to work with locals in Tiers 2 and 3. TAs will also be assigned to locals in Tier 3. No Progress Reports required at this time 7

B-11 UNC Required TA Tier 1 – Local required to review the: B-11 probe questions B-11 general resources Additional MDE guidance (www.cims.cenmi.org) 8

B-11 UNC Required TA Tier 2 – same as Tier 1 plus required to review with the ISD Monitor the: District CAP, Progress Reports, and Submitted Data B-11 webinars “Timeline for Initials” and “Counting Days” Tier 3 – same as Tier 2 plus will be assigned State TA 9

B-11 UNC Required TA Verification of correction will be based on review of the MSDS data from Spring to EOY 2010 If data at 100% and all TA activities completed, close CAP If not at 100% (or no data), CAP remains open 10
