Exporting PowerPoint Slides for Printing You can export 1, multiple or All Slides from PowerPoint for upload into the printing vendor site of your choice (VistaPrint, Moo, Zazzle, etc.). Below are instructions on how to export these slides into PNG images. Each template is sized according to the dimensions in the name of the file i.e., ‘Open House Sign 12x18 Template’. Choose the size sign of your choice based on this naming convention. From the File Menu in PowerPoint, choose Export. Then choose Change File Type. After, select the Image File Type PNG – Portable Network Graphics. Click Save As. Name the file. Click Save. Finally, choose either to save All Slides or Just this One. Once you hit save, PowerPoint will save the exported PNG image into the file folder of the file you exported from. From the printing vendor of your choice, upon choosing the correctly sized template, you can easily upload your file directly to the template. From there, you are ready to print!
