“Thermo reflective Nano technological treatment " Today it is possible to save up to 35% of energy consumption, by the application of Thermo reflective roofing, which, in our case, are available for any type of material. Nanotechnology present in our paints (all water-based), enables you to reduce internal temperatures of 10 degrees, reducing drastically the use of conditioning and its associated energy consumption systems.

What is NANO TECHNOLOGY? It is a branch of applied science and technology that deals with the control of matter on dimensional scale of less than one micrometer, normally between 1 and 100 nanometers. In the paint industry allows, thanks to 'use of innovative materials’ first developed at the molecular scale, to obtain the best technical performance compared to traditional products. The decrease in the size of the molecules will optimize their distribution to 'internal paint product; a better distribution of raw materials It corresponds to a greater homogeneity of the performances. In particular, it is possible to improve the strength properties the absorption of dirt, the aggression of bad weather, mechanical strength (hardness surface, elasticity, adhesion, resistance abrasion), yellowing resistance (Prolonged exposure to UV light), of resistance to heat and Flame and the lower permeability water and steam Results obtained Solar reflectance R= 84 (ASTM STD E903) Thermal emissivity E = 90 (ASTM STD C1371) Solar reflex index S.R.I. = 106 (ASTM STD E1980) Reflection of thermal radiation (N.I.R. e M.I.R.) upper than 90% (ASTM G173-03) TANGIBLE BENEFITS BLOCK the thermal transfer, therefore, decreases the energy consumption needed to cool in summer and warm in winter. REDUCE the temperature change in the case of thermal bridges. In this case the supports painted does not form the condensation of 'water, thus avoiding the growth of mold. MAKE the coated material water-repellent Quality certified Use heat reflective paint it said increasing the value of property by the allocation Of lEED points Lower the temperature by one degree means reducing energy consumption dall'3% to 5% each year and avoid the emission of 470 kg of CO2. We recorded temperatures of 9 degrees lower

Energy saving up to 40% USAGE KEY BENEFITS With brush / roller Synthetic or wool / airless: mix thoroughly, dilute up to 5-10% by volume with water and apply the first coat. After at least 2-3 hours, apply the second hand and subsequently the third After application, the exterior walls and roofs must be protected for at least 48 hours following the weather: rain, ice, fog, dew. Drying times above are refer to temperatures of + 20 ° C with an average humidity of 65% and could vary in case of lower temperatures and higher humidity rates KEY BENEFITS Reflection of solar radiation (both in the visible range, both in the infrared range). Temperature Reduction in external surface and interior of the building. Improvement of standards of living comfort. Best energy efficiency of the building. Energy and cost savings. Obtaining LEED points. Best efficiency of photovoltaic panels (Thanks to the reduction of the temperature and the reflected light). Increased durability of the bituminous coatings and coverings. Reduction of thermal and mechanical stress of the surfaces. Certified product Energy saving up to 40%

THERMO GUM (Outside Treat) THERMO LUX (Skylights) THERMO-GUM is used as a high performance water-based paint for exteriors (vertical walls). It 'a product of nanotechnology insulating and heat-reflecting, elastomeric, water repellent, anti-algae, formulated through the use of advanced technologies and special nano-fillers, which help to optimize the energy efficiency of buildings. It can considerably enhance the heat insulation and saves energy, drastically cutting the costs associated with the use of the air conditioning during the summer. It is a product E.o.W. (End of Waste), since part of the charges is sourced from 100% recycled postconsumer material, in line with the philosophy based on the saving of natural resources while protecting the environment. Increase LEED score (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) attributable to the building THERMO GUM (Outside Treat) THERMO-LUX is used in civil and industrial construction as modified acrylic paint thermo reflective, elastomeric, water repellent, anti-algae for exteriors. E 'suitable for protecting surfaces of fiberglass, polycarbonate and glass. The semi-transparent appearance of the applied paint allows the passage of most of the light, however, preventing the view inside / outside. THERMO LUX (Skylights) THERMO-METALS is a perfect Nano technological product for thermal insulation of metal surfaces (roofs, silos, tanks, containers etc.) in particular climatic conditions. In industrial building, it is used as an anticorrosive enamel algae, thermal insulating and heat-reflecting, to improve the interior comfort of the sheds exposed to direct sunlight and energy optimization. Solves the problems related to the storage silos in places under the sun of cereals, flour, products sensitive to temperature changes. Allows heat generated by solar radiation reflection (both visible, both I.R.). THERMO METALS THERMO-COAT is a plaster thermal insulation and heat-reflective, water-repellent, breathable, for surface protection against mold and algae. And 'ideal for the protection and external finishing of houses, buildings, buildings where, in addition to the aesthetic characteristic, is required lasting protection over time. It’s the optimum finish for the exterior insulation system. It is characterized by high resistance to weather conditions and strong colours. It increases the energy optimization of buildings, improves thermal insulation and contributes, through energy savings, with a reduction in CO2 emissions in the atmosphere. THERMO COAT In horticulture, THERMO-FILTER is used as a heat-reflective treatment can block and reflect the infrared component of the solar radiation (700-1200λ), the product achieves a significant reduction of the internal temperature of the greenhouse. The semi-transparent appearance allows the passage of light VISIBLE (400-700λ), thus favouring the natural processes of photosynthesis. THERMO-FILTER ensures optimal intensity and quality requirement of light for most of the greenhouse vegetables. The yellow colour is particularly suitable for the production of fruits and flowers.
