New Users Create a New Profile Click the register link to create a New User Profile.
New Profile Complete all required fields. Within the Partner Information Section complete the following: Partner Company Name Channel Sales Manager Subagent Name (If applicable) Validation Code (See myLink Learning Center page on Access Alliance)
New User Profile Important notes about the self-registration page: • You must enter the 4-digit validation code provided on Access Alliance in the Validation Code field. The correct code must be entered in order for you to receive access to CenturyLink training courses. If you enter the wrong validation code, contact trainingadmin@centurylink.com and request that the code be corrected. • All fields marked with a red asterisk * are required. • You will receive an email within 1 business hour notifying you that you may begin using the system.
Login to myLink Learning Center Login using the User ID and Password you created.
Enrolling in a Course or Curriculum Once logged in, you may register for a specific course by searching for the course number or title. To register for a curriculum, enter the curriculum name in the Search Catalog box and click Go.
Forgot User ID? If you forget your User ID, Click the “click here” link on the login page.
