Figure 2 Western immunoblotting of ACE-2, the SARS-CoV spike protein receptors, in PBMC from HCWs. The basal expression of ACE-2 was not different between HCWs with or without SARS-CoV infection. The expression of ACE-2 was not affected by culturing in 40°C for 24 h.
