Scope and Defining Success Stakeholders and Sponsors for this project will be kept informed of progression throughout the lifecycle of the project. Application design MUST be scalable to quickly phase in other applications. Internal User/Approvers will have the ability to review submitted documentation Enhancements will be implemented in a phased approach. External Users will have the ability to submit the Bituminous Surface Mine application electronically

Project Timeline & Activities Kick-off – March 30, 2016 Requirements definition – March 30 thru May 13, 2016 Development – May 16 thru November 23, 2016 System testing – November 26, 2016 thru January 6, 2017 User Acceptance Testing – January 9 thru February 3, 2017 Training – February 6 thru February 10, 2017 Production deployment – February 13, 2017

Operator Training Two live training sessions to be offered. Feb 6th New Stanton DMO 2:30 – 3:30 PM Feb 8th Moshannon DMO 2:30 – 3:30 PM One live webinar training session to be offered. Feb 10th 10:00 – 11:00 AM Webinar training will be recorded for those who cannot attend and for future. Operator guide will be available for download. Registration information forthcoming

ePermitting Phase 1 Features Applicants will have the capability to log into Greenport and submit Bituminous Surface Mine applications electronically. Applicants may submit payment for permit fees via ACH or credit card. DMOs may review application, create correction notices and return to the applicant for revision. Outside cooperating agencies may review and make comments electronically. Public may review and make comments electronically. Security and CA2 Certification.
