Accommodation: Mount Stuart Hotel Ensuite rooms (2-6 children per room) Hotel booked out for our school Lounge area Dining room TVs in rooms disabled 4 floors (basement to 2nd floor)

Food: The hotel provide all the food: Breakfast: -cereal, juice, cooked breakfast Lunch: -Sandwiches, crisps, drink, fruit, snack bar Dinner: -Spaghetti bolognaise and ice-cream (Water available throughout the day)

BOURNEMOUTH 2018 No mobile phones – staff have phones in case emergency contact is needed No hair straighteners/curlers – fire risk! No games consoles/iPods etc £25 pocket money max. (£5 per day) Children will be responsible for all personal belongings – disposable camera is best. Books/cards etc are a good idea. A Kit list will be discussed at the next meeting.

Behaviour If there are any concerns about a child’s behaviour in school prior to the trip – there may be discussions between the school and the parents about the suitability of that child attending the trip. If a child’s behaviour is deemed unacceptable and ‘unsafe’ while on the trip, the school may well remove the child mid way through the residential.

Oversubscription There are 50 spaces available for the residential. In the event of the trip being over subscribed, all requests handed in by the deadline date will be chosen at random until the trip is full. Those handed in after the deadline date will be placed on a waiting list if the trip is full.

What Now? The trip will cost £247 (estimated depending on numbers) Includes the activities, hotel, food and coach… A maximum of 50 children Deposits of £30 to be paid to the office by 22nd September 2017 (next Friday) The balance can be paid in instalments up until 23rd March 2018 (finalised figures in Jan 2018) Another meeting will be held just before the trip to inform you of the finer details.
