GCS (Gif++ Control System) Structure RT controller FPGA C modules GCS is based on: Compact RIO from national instruments WinCCOA 3.15 and CERN UNICOS/JCOP Framework Current structure of GCS

WinCCOA User Interfaces Three UI panels had been created: General status Trend page for environmental sensors, Source status and the attenuation factor Trend page for each RADMON -> REM dose and temperature These panels will be displayed in GIF++ Control room.

Data Archiving WinCCOA Archive (1 year) in CERN Oracle Database Data extraction and trending can be done from WinCCOA GUI TIMBER (long term) CERN JAVA Interface available to extract data or make offline chart Development of a simpler interface dedicated to Gif++

New hardware signals to be connected Signals from Gas Systems: 5 flowmeters (4 from RPC, 1 from TGC) 2 IR signals 1 humidity sensor 1 humidity and 1 temperature for environmental survey The values will be added to DIP publications and archived in WinCCOA/Timber

Integration of Berthold cards First step will be to test RS-485 communication between the prototype card designed by INRNE-Sofia and a RS485 cRIO Card in our lab.

Conclusion 12 Radmon can be connected to our system, Development of a simpler interface (Web, Java…) dedicated to Gif++ to extract data from TIMBER database, A module cRIO for RS485 has been purchased. In our lab, we will test the prototype card designed by INRNE-Sofia which is already at CERN in Gif++ zone.
