General Parameters How long do you hold your inactive accounts? Field was updated from two positions to three, did you make a change?

Pros: if you have a single or more common POS can make charge entry more efficient Con: Don’t use if you have multiple POS codes – increases error rate If you are changing your collection policy, it may be beneficial to update this field.

Say N here and use coded notes! Could be more efficient to allow a user to login from different stations Love this option!!

Maybe not being used yet…but soon! Don’t forget Do you want your users to be able to control aging? What about carriers that have filing limits? Lets discuss….what reasons would you say yes

Groups start out wanting to collect as much information as possible but usually change Be careful staff are not entering “dummy” information just to bypass the requirement
