Temporary Allotment of Staff Quarters Booking/Allotment of Inspection Quarter, Holiday Home, Hostel, Community Centre, Auditorium etc. Purchase of Land and Buildings

REM Module Business Entity Land Building Rental Object Co. Code (This is the controlling Authority who will govern the object in SAP. For BSNL- 1. CMTS for towers, 2. USO for USO Towers and 3. concerned SSA for Civil structures) Land (Owned /Leased) Building (Owned/Leased - For BSNL, Towers are also a type of building in SAP) Rental Object (Individual Staff Quarters will also be mapped here)

Roles and Authorization Identification of Users & their Roles in ERP – “Who does What?” R&A list contains the list of Roles and T-Code list.

Data migration Process After data validation, the data shall be uploaded in Quality 410 server For verification by SPOCs. The designated SPOCs of each module shall verify/certify all the master data of circle and then the data shall be uploaded in Production Server at the time of go-live.

DATA MIGRATION FLOW CHART

Post Implementation support Identification of Power Users, L1 / L2 users for post go live support. L 1 (SSA level) or L2 (Circle level) users: They will be the first point of contact for any issue escalation in their respective module.
