Data migration Process After data validation, the data shall be uploaded in Quality 410 server For verification by SPOCs. The designated SPOCs of each module shall verify/certify all the master data of circle and then the data shall be uploaded in Production Server at the time of go-live.

Post Implementation support Identification of Power Users, L1 / L2 users for post go live support. L 1 (SSA level) or L2 (Circle level) users: They will be the first point of contact for any issue escalation in their respective module.
