Board of County Commissioners June 2, 2015 Sunset Beach PUD Major Adjustment to Preliminary Planned Unit Development Site Plan

PRIOR DEVELOPMENT ACTIONS June 2, 2009 The Board of County Commissioners granted Preliminary PUD Site Plan approval through Resolution 09-026 for a project consisting of 44 single family residential lots known as Sunset Beach PUD. January 26, 2010 The Growth Management Director through GM Order 10-006 authorized a site plan extension in accordance with Florida Statutes Community Renewal Act which expired on June 2, 2013. February 24, 2014 The Planning and Development Services Director through PDS Order 14-004 granted a site plan extension which expires June 2, 2015.

New Conditions of Approval RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends adoption of a Resolution granting approval for a Major Adjustment to the Preliminary Planned Unit Development (PUD) Site Plan for the project known as Sunset Beach PUD. New Conditions of Approval The Final PUD Site Plan shows that the paved north/south driveway be extended northward to the common property line with a stabilized grass surface that will provide a secondary ingress/egress for emergency purposes. The Final PUD Site Plan shows a 20 feet dune maintenance easement from the north/south driveway to the easternmost toe of the dune.
