Mason Wines 2016 Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc KEY SELLING POINTS 2016 Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc Napa Valley appellated with 90% of the fruit sourced from Yount Mill Vineyard, Napa Valley, 6% Oak Knoll, Napa Valley, and 4% Sonoma County. Cooling ocean breezes and morning fog during the warm growing season makes Napa Valley an ideal climate for this varietal. Slow and steady ripening resulting from the mostly moderate temperatures of spring and summer. Fermentation is carried out in 100% stainless steel at a cold 50 ̊ F to retain aromatic qualities and crisp acidity. Lees aging (20%) and stirring 3-4 times per week brings texture to the final blend. Aromas of orange blossom, peach, citrus, boxwood, floral, medium bodied, well balanced, round and juicy texture, palate of pear, peach, fresh tart apple, bright, lingering finish v. 2016: 90pts Wine Spectator
