DIGITAL DIVIDE

What is digital divide the socioeconomic and other disparities between those people who have opportunities and skills enabling them to benefit from digital resources, especially the Internet, and those who do not have these opportunities or skills

CONNECTIVISM

CONNECTIVISM Individuals construct knowledge for ourselves. Based on learning theory of constructivism Connectivism goes further by linking individuals to the network. Connectivism expands constructivist theory by saying we can further construct knowledge --- not as just an individual but as part of networked connectivity.
