Be Reliable Provide on-time and predictable service. Objectives: By the end of 2018, real time vehicle tracking for buses and streetcars will be available and by the end of 2025 it will be available for ferries and paratransit. By 2025, fixed route vehicles arrive on- time 85%+ of the time. 2017 on-time performance ranges from 65-78%.
