Saving a You Tube clip to PowerPoint Presentation

When you have found video you wish to save, right click and copy it

Open a blank slide and click on Developer Then click on the crossed tools

Scroll down and choose Shockwave Flash Object. Then Click OK

Place the little plus sign in the top left hand corner and drag it across the slide to make the box the size you wish. You can adjust the size as needed. Then click on Properties.

Past the link to your video in the space next to Movie. Change the address in the following ways: - delete ‘watch?’ - delete the equals sign (=) and add a blackslash (/) Change the ‘True’ to ‘False’ next to Playing Then close Properties

Although you will still see the box with a X, if you click Play Slideshow your saved video should come up.

Click play and you’re done!
