WHAT AND WHY?????? What does the word chaos mean? What are rules? Why do we need rules?

Come to class prepared to learn. OUR RULES Come to class prepared to learn. Respect yourself, others, and the school. Try your best in everything you do.

ONE SHOE ON THE BLUE This rule applies to every student walking in the halls. You MUST always have ONE shoe on the blue tiles as you walk down the halls.

Arrival to Class Line up along the lockers, ONE SHOE ON BLUE, and facing forward in a single line. Quietly wait to enter the room. Quietly enter the room and proceed directly to your assigned seat so you can begin getting prepared for class. THERE SHOULD BE NO TALKING DURING THIS TIME.

Do not start assignments until the teacher asks you to begin. Do not interrupt others when they are asking or answering questions.

Classroom Etiquette Raise your hand if you have a question or need to get my attention. Remain in your seat unless you have permission to move around the room. Do not distract others. Be polite and respectful to everyone. Do not touch anything on my desk or go behind my desk unless you have permission.

End of Class Dismissal I will inform you when it is time for class to come to a close. I will announce when it is time to pack up to leave. Put all of your work away and ensure the area around your desk is clean. We will line up in the room based upon your next class. Math, Science, ELA.
