Grunsky’s Classroom Guest Teacher Behavior Expectations Be Safe. Be Respectful. Be Responsible.

Classroom (Guest Teacher) Expectations Students should be Safe, Respectful, and Responsible at all times. Our guest teachers are here to help us learn when our teachers are absent. They need to be able to teach us information without disruption.

Be Safe. Classroom (Guest Teacher) Expectations Walk. Keep hands, feet, and objects to self. Remain in supervised or designated areas.

Be Respectful. Classroom (Guest Teacher) Expectations Be polite & use kind words and actions. Wait for your turn. Clean up after yourself. Follow adult directions. Dress according to dress code. Keep electronics turned off and out of sight. Use quiet voices.

Be Responsible. Classroom (Guest Teacher) Expectations Follow school rules and staff directions. Use appropriate language and actions. Respect property, yours and others. Be prepared for school. Keep gum & candy at home. Walk calmly and directly to your destination.

Next steps Revisit the behavior expectations often and before a known absence when a guest teacher will be in the class Discuss what will happen if students do not follow the behavior expectations Play video on Classroom Expectations https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B4yrmEO3 mamBM2dSUWNseTNCZDg
