Crude Oil Storage Storage tanks containing crude oil and H2S are monitored by Model S4000T Intelligent Sensors. The sensors are dedicated to monitoring the pipes and valves around leakage points. Model S4000T’s are wired to Model DT210 controllers, located in the control room. Upon detection of H2S and the concentration exceeds 10 ppm the Model DT210 will activate a beacon strategically placed in the tank farm. If the concentration level exceeds 20 ppm the DT210 will activate a 110 dB horn. Model S4000T Intelligent Sensors Notes: Tank Farm
