Celebrating diversity at ECC A day of environmental awareness Trees are planted in celebration and Jews observe ‘Orlah’ by not eating fruits from a tree’s first 3 years.

Celebrating diversity at ECC Many Jews also celebrate Tu BiShvat by eating a new fruit that they haven’t tried that year Try a new fruit day!
