How it works:

General Communication Necessities: Adjust vocabulary as needed Change style to fit audience Be clear Specific Emotion

Ways to excel at oral communication: Speak clearly and loudly Eye contact Look at or between audience Can look at wall behind them, etc Matching body language PRACTICE!

Ways to excel at written communication: Organize Explain everything in clear, basic terms (as needed) Good transitions “Won't be able to answer any questions”
