MEMBER & SPONSOR RECRUITMENT & RETENTION STRATEGIC PLAN 2016 STRATEGIC PRIORITIES MISSION To provide excellent strategy and market development education and networking opportunities for healthcare professionals ACTION ITEMS METRICS MEMBER ENGAGEMENT To become a member-driven organization Actively engage Board alumni Develop and maintain relationship with SHSMD Hold one membership non-conference event in 2016 Distribute an annual survey Develop a mentorship program Successfully plan and hold a Board alumni event in 2016 Ongoing relationship established with SHSMD Successful execution of non-conference event Survey distribution and analysis Mentorship plan developed EDUCATION To provide value-added education targeting a broader audience Facilitate access to at least one SHSMD webinar in 2016 Incorporate an interactive session into conference planning Review and propose an annual conference budget Successful facilitation of one webinar in 2016 Plan in place for 2016 interactive session At least break even on conference events VISION To be recognized as a unique and indispensable strategy and market development education and networking resource by healthcare professionals working in the Carolinas MEMBER & SPONSOR RECRUITMENT & RETENTION To create a sustainable organization Develop and implement plan to recruit members at non-participating hospitals Annually review sponsorship plan and revise as necessary Implementation of recruitment plan Sponsorship plan review CORE STRATEGIES Customer Service Financial Stability Administration Value Updated 06.03.16
