Formal Lab Report All formal lab reports must include the following: Title Page Title of the Lab SBI 3C Your Name Partner’s Name Mrs. Bancej Date centred on the page in the bottom right-hand corner

Formal Lab Report All formal lab reports must include the following: Purpose: One sentence stating the reason for doing the lab. ** Materials: A list of what you used during the lab. Procedure: A set of numbered steps. (Instructions) ** Observations: Biological diagrams and/or a chart with written observations. Discussion Questions: Answer all discussion questions using complete sentences. ** Conclusion: Briefly comment on the results of the lab. ** (Make sure it relates to the purpose specifically.) ** The following sections must be written in full sentences.
