Office of Financial Affairs Flat Rate Tuition Flat Rate for tuition and mandatory fees for any enrollment of 12 or more hours Exception: Library resource fee Encourages students to take 15 or more hours per semester and thus graduate in four years May increase UTSA’s four-year graduation rate Office of Financial Affairs

Office of Financial Affairs Flat Rate Tuition Students who graduate in four years save their families thousands of dollars in tuition and mandatory fees, as well as housing expenses. To be revenue neutral, students taking 1-12 hours would pay a higher tuition rate and students taking more than 12 hours would get a price break. Office of Financial Affairs
