A = Electrical Engine B = Electricity Generator C = Flywheel D = Rotating Shaft E = Light Bulb Rumor says that such an arrangement works! E continues to Light for hours! (Joseph Newman) Energy from Gravity? Can we confirm? F A B C E D It appears that the Joseph Newman Machine is just a DC motor/generator driving a heavy flywheel. The initial energy is supplied by a battery. The battery will not be disconnected. Once disconnected, there would not be any more “pulse force” to lead out the gravitational energy. The use of flywheel as the device to lead out gravitational energy is not as efficient as the use of a cylinder. With a cylinder, all the weight can be concentrated at the rim. The diameter of the cylinder can be much larger. We are still waiting for more direct information from the Newman Organization. A B Double Motor Engine/Generator!!! G

Use of gears and heavy flywheel to improve efficiency B H G More power needed to start system than to maintain system. This is similar to the previous slide. This shows the possibility of using different ratings of motor/generator. The use of gears or belt will allow different coupling and control. E D May need help at C to start. C (Light Bulb)

A Simpler Joseph Newman Machine A is a combined Electric Motor and Electricity Generator. When G is closed, the Battery B will drive A and pass current to the loads L1 and L2. In addition, B will start the Flywheel F. F can effectively draw in Energy from Gravity. The pulse force to maintain motion of F comes from A. Let us demonstrate this! B With this arrangement, the switch G may need to be closed at all times. This can be demonstrated easily. We are looking for an experimental team to handle this set of experiments and possible products. The Joseph Newman machine is very heavy as it needs the flywheel to lead in enough gravitational energy to overcome friction, etc. We can easily improve on that. L2 is a Light Bulb A F L1 F should be a long cylinder to be more effective. G

Best Comparison B L2 is a Light Bulb L1 Battery will die out soon B The simple addition of the DC motor with a Cylinder F to lead out gravitational energy is easy to demonstrate and implement. B L2 is a Light Bulb A F L1 Battery never dies!

Comments This demonstration has been done in USA on Mar 28, 2005 However, it is still a worthwhile exercise especially we can demonstrate a small portable, improved model. The chance of it turning to a product is low as compared with other designs. But it can be out quickly as it is just a standard DC motor with a Cylinder.
