Acquisition process and timeline March 24th : boat options and budget approved by the committee. April 3rd : contract signed with JBoats agent for the boat and the trailer. April 23rd : purchase order signed with North Sails Suisse for the sails. May : engine and miscellaneous equipment bought from ship chandlers. May 30th : boat delivered in Versoix with main sail and jib. June 21th : ready to sail with temporary spinnaker and covers. Mid-Summer : spinnaker, definitive sail covers and genoa delivered. End of August : finished mooring lines and cleats work. End of October : genoa reworked for better efficiency.

Boat preparation

Club operation - conclusion Can be used by any SU skipper after having done a familiarisation outing ( recorded with J key). 60/86 SU skippers can use the boat at the moment. 428 hours of activity in 20 weeks (21.4 hours per week average). Moored at the place of one our Surprise. A lot of positive feedback received.
