Importance of CSR at future workplace Interested in working for a morally driven company. Good to employees and community we share. Looking for a company with strong leadership. At first, I won’t be as picky.
How will I know? Research the company. Try talking with people associated with company. Be upfront and ask. Get involved!
Conclusion CSR is a growing trend among companies and people are really starting to believe in the sustainability approach to the business model. CSR is not only good business, it’s smart business.
