Southlake Green Day Event GreenFellows, Inc. 501 (c) (3) Non Profit Organization Event Date: Saturday, March 26, 2011 from 10:00A – 5:00P at Rustin Park & Family Park A green expo featuring approximately 40 exhibitors promoting, selling and educating on green products and services

Southlake Green Day Event Requesting use of Rustin Pavilion and various equipment Requesting services from DPS and Community Services staff Equipment requested include (20 tables, 100 chairs).

Southlake Green Day Event GreenFellows, Inc. will be required to reimburse the City for costs of services provided Request will be based on actual costs incurred, not to exceed $689.75 which is 50% of the estimated cost of $1,379.50 GreenFellows, Inc. will be responsible for covering the cost for any damage to equipment Per the CEPP

Southlake Green Day Event Staff recommends approval of the Participation Agreement with GreenFellows, Inc. for the 2011 Southlake Green Day event, not to exceed $689.75 which is 50% of the estimated cost of $1,379.50 In accordance with the Council adopted Community Event Participation Policy
