HL Math is a three-year course. Year 1: IB Math Pre-HL Year 2: IB Math HL 1 (Calculus, Vectors, Prep for the IA) Year 3: IB Math HL 2 Advanced Calculus and other topics Completion of the IA (fall) IB exam prep and completion IB Math HL Exam in May, 2018 (students in grade 12 at that time)

AP Calculus BC Exam (or AB Exam) Recommended for Juniors Register through the Counseling Center Some additional study needed Exam prep is up to the student May, 2018 Students should check with their target colleges to find out what option is best.
