Radiative transfer modeling of ocean optical properties. Eloy Zafra Santos Aim of Phytoscope: investigate in the 3 domains:spatial, temporal and taxonomical for better discrimination of phytoplankton composition and dynamics EcoLight ROMS Comparison of in-water broadband Ed(z) profiles at noon of the first day as computed by the CoSiNE analytic irradiance model (dashed lines) and by EcoLight-S (solid lines). The j values are various cross-channel points. At this time, the chlorophyll concentration is still roughly 0.25 mg m-3. Comparison of in-water broadband Ed(z) as computed by light models of ROMS and by EcoLight http://phytoscope-project.icm.csic.es
