Our wonderful soft ball with Mr. Mannion! Once you read this you would love this slide show! It well make you want to play the game! By Ainsley

First part First Mr. Mannion was telling us the important rules and instructions! First we lined up. Then he put us into two groups. One group had a cricket bat and the other group had a soft ball bat. Mrs. Dale and Mr. Mannion chosse one person to be back- stop and a another person to be the batter.

Seacond part When people hit the ball it went into the other groups places were they where playing! The cricket bat was hard to hit the ball. The soft ball was easey to hit the ball.

Third part Some of the balls went over to the fence. We had to use Mrs Dale’s key to get the balls that went over the fence. We had to swap using the cricket bat for the soft ball bat.

Fourth part Some people were hitting the ball fare away! Some people were also using team work. They were throwing the ball to each other to get the other people out.

Fifth part After that we had to go back to our class. We had fun with Mr. Mannion. It was a whole lot of fun! We all enjoyed the day today. It was so cool.
