MEXICAN FOOD (TACO)

A TACO As we know, the tacos are a typical dish from Mexico. Believed to have originated in the prehispanic Mexico. It is mentioned that because the men worked all day in the field, women contrived food system for easy transportation and consumption. A taco is composed of two main parts, the stew and tortilla wrap with it.

In this dish there are several varieties: The more traditional, taco to the shepherd. Fish taco Meat taco Pork taco Barbecue taco “Taco acorazado” ( red rice, chili, steak and cured meat).

RECIPE Ingredients for filling: - Chicken thighs (3) - Onion (1) - Garlic (2) - Sweet pepper (1) - White wine Tomatoes (2) Mozzarella (400 gram) Bacon (300 gram) Scallion (2)

PROCEDIMENT 1. Debone the chiken. 2. Shred the chicken. 3. Cut onion, sweet pepper and garlic. 4. Cut tomatoes into cubes form. 5. Cut mozzarella. 6. heat a skillet, put oil, saute chicken and vegetables. 7. Add tomatoes and garlic. 8. Pour some white wine. 9. Finally add filler to the wrapping taco.
