Get Your Ingredients 1 lb ground beef 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope taco seasoning 1 cup water 2 (12 inch) prebaked prepared pizza crust 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans 3 / 4 cup salsa 2 cups coarsely crushed tortilla chips 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup shredded lettuce (optional)
Doubled Recipe Makes 4 Pizzas 2 lb ground beef 2 (2 ½ ounce) envelope taco seasoning 2 cups water 4 (12 inch) prebaked prepared pizza crust 2 (16 ounce) can refried beans 1 ½ cups salsa 4 cups coarsely crushed tortilla chips 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese 2 cups shredded lettuce (optional)
Step 1 In a saucepan, cook the beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
Step 2 Stir in taco seasoning and water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes; set aside.
Step 3 Place crusts on ungreased pizza pans.
Step 4 Combine beans and salsa; spread over crusts.
Step 5 Top with beef mixture, chips and cheese.
Step 6 Bake at 350° for 13-16 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle lettuce if desired.
