RevConnect Ineligible Patient Custom Reports This PowerPoint will guide you through the steps to create two custom reports for use with RevConnect. RevConnect Ineligible Recalls and RevConnect Ineligible Recares

RevConnect Ineligible Recalls Report The next slides will cover building the report for patients who have an active recall but, do not have an email address or cell phone number.

First, navigate to the Reports module in RevolutionEHR

Next, select Patients and then Patient Search

From this screen, click Add to create a new custom patient search

This will become the RevConnect Ineligible Recalls report Name the report at the top of the screen to be able to save it when complete The first fields to input under Search Criteria will be Patient Email and Patient Cell Phone which each come from the Patient drop down under Available Fields The operator for both will be set to empty

Next, add values from Recalls From Recalls add Recall Date and Recall Template to the Result Fields Then Recall Date will also be added to the Search Criteria. The Operator will be set to Between Comparison Value(s) is the date range to be checked In this example we have entered 10/01/2017 as a starting date and 10/31/2017 as the end date

From Key Dates under Available Fields add Last Comp From Key Dates under Available Fields add Last Comp. Exam Date to the Result Fields

From the Patient drop down under Available Fields add the following: Patient Last Name, Patient First Name, Patient DOB, Patient Preferred Phone, Patient Address 1, Patient Address 2, Patient City, Patient State/Prov, and Patient Zip Code to Results Fields Once these have been added, click Save

The RevConnect Ineligible Recalls Report can now be run The RevConnect Ineligible Recalls Report can now be run. Results can be Printed or Exported with buttons in the bottom right. Click the report and then “Edit” to open the report and change what date range is searched by the report.

RevConnect Ineligible Recare Report The next slides will cover building the report for patients who had an appointment in the past but, do not have a future appointment or active recall. These patients also do not have an email address or cell phone number.

First, navigate to the Reports module in RevolutionEHR

From this screen, click Add to create a new custom patient search

This will become the RevConnect Ineligible Recares report Name the report at the top of the screen to be able to save it when complete The first Search Criteria fields to input will be Patient Email and Patient Cell Phone which each come from the Patient drop down under Available Fields The operator for both will be set to empty

Next Add Last Comp. Exam Date from the Key Dates drop down under Available Fields to the Results Field Then add Last. Comp Exam Date with operator as Between, Next Recall Date with operator as Empty, and Next Appointment Date with Operator as Empty to the Search Criteria

From the Patient drop down under Available Fields add the following: Patient Last Name, Patient First Name, Patient DOB, Patient Address 1, Patient Address 2, Patient City, Patient State/Prov, Patient Zip Code, and Patient Preferred Phone to the Result Fields You can also set the first date range you would like to check before saving the report. In this example 10/01/2016 to 10/31/2016 is used to capture patients who would be due for their annual exam in October 2017 When these steps are complete, click “Save”
