Introduction Whoo-Hoo! We are just about to enter the Grand Canyon Slideshow! Did you know that the Grand Canyon is not the deepest, noe the widest, nor the longest canyon in the world! Do you wonder how it got to be famous? Did you know that native Americans also live there!? There is a reason why the Grand Canyon are here today! Also there is a reason why we are even here today! We’re about to enter the show that shall give you knowledge and you shall not fear! It’s easy, just learn. And also, before we depart, when you visit the Grand Canyon, it’s very dangerous. About 600 people died over the last 150 years! Now, keep your eye peeled!

Grand Canyon History The Grand Canyon was formed when the Colorado River made it’s way to the canyon Erosion. The Colorado River was once on the op of the canyon. Soon, the Grand Canyon raised, so the river eventually went DOWN. There’s no dinosaur bones in Grand Canyon, they did find a 11,000 year old sloth! The Grand Canyon existed for about 6-70 million years. That’s WAY after dinosaurs! Grand Canyon is home to many native American tribes. That includes the Pueblo Tribes (Kuni and Hopi), the Kaibab, the Navajo, the Hualapais, and the Havasupai

When you go on a journey some days like that, enjoy the fabulous view of the rocks and horizon! Also, watch out for scorpions, and look for short horned lizards! They’re actually pretty cool. Here’s a pic: Yep, they shoot blood out of their eyes. Anyways farwell my friends, we had a GREAT Journey. See you next time! It’s already one of the natural wonders, and I think the canyon did a great job! I think this monument deserved it, because the Colorado River & the Earth used erosion to make it.
