Diet Analysis I think I have some what of a healthy diet but sometimes I do eat unhealthy but in small amounts. I also get all the food group such as fruits and vegetable, meat and alternatives, grain products, milk and alternatives. I need to control my diet since I do eat unhealthy sometimes. Something that I would change about my diet is that I would start eating healthier and less junk such as Slurpee's and candy. This is what I think about my eating over the last 3 days.

Reflection The 3 lifestyle changes that I would make in my life is eating more healthy (buying less junk food), keeping a proper diet, and lastly eating from all the food groups in small amounts. These are the 3 changes I will make in my eating lifestyle.
