OolaBlockers, OolaAccelerators, plus the Valve and the Hub Welcome to Part 2 OolaBlockers, OolaAccelerators, plus the Valve and the Hub

What’s holding you back from achieving your Oola Life? OolaBlockers What’s holding you back from achieving your Oola Life?

Fear Fear is the greatest obstacle to reaching Oola. Unrealistic fear can paralyze you. A complete disregard for fear cannot be maintained.

What will my life look like if I give in to Fear. ___________________________ __________________________________________________________________________________________ Go; Take action. The 20 seconds of courage to overcome Fear. _____________________________ __________________________________________________________________________________________

GUILT The weight of guilt can be heavy… You might start a marathon with ankle weights on, but you wouldn’t finish it. Experiencing guilt is not the crime, choosing to live with guilt everyday is.

anger Being persistently or violently angry affects you and everyone around you. If you harbor anger and let it slowly eat away at your soul, it will destroy your chances for an Oola life.

Laziness Anyone at the top of their game has one thing in common – they are not lazy. They are passionate about their life and worked hard to get to the top. On the path to Oola there is no room for lazy.

Laziness Ready; Acknowledge where Laziness exists in your life. ____________________________________ __________________________________________________________________________________________ Set; Set it in its place. What will my life look like if I give in to Laziness. _______________________ __________________________________________________________________________________________ Go; Take action. envy Envy and jealousy are related. Both will block your path to Oola, but envy is worse. You suffer from envy if you not only want what others have, but you also want to make sure they don’t have it. Both are nasty and can suck the joy out of life.

Focus Focus is clearly an OolaAccelerator. It can morph into an OolaBlocker when you lack focus or your focus is misguided. The journey to Oola is not of the moment, it takes focus to reach the larger goal, delaying gratification.
